If you are feeling stuck as a woman, a spouse, a daughter, a mother, a working woman or just want to do something different, you’ve come to the right place!

I’ve been watching and working with women since birth and have been for decades – accompanying them in different areas of their lives. I myself am a woman, a daughter, a partner, a spouse for several decades, a mother of four – and have had to redesign many life situations myself. Since 2009, I have been helping new mothers to live this phase of their lives as balanced women, supporting them as doulas in their preparation for childbirth, in the postpartum period, in taking on new roles, in possible relationship and family breakdowns, and I have been following their return to work and renewal through coaching processes.

I also support women and couples who are infertile, and those who are not experiencing parenthood in their lives, either as a result of necessity or as a conscious choice. Many of my clients come to me when they need renewal or support in a particular letting go process. I have been involved in grief processes since the loss of my child at premature birth. This event has shaken me, changed me, made me feel reborn.

Expecting baby

 

​Pregnancy is a special and beautiful time, but it also brings physical and hormonal changes that can be demanding and stressful. Making time to relax may not seem logical while the mum has a busy schedule, but it will be mandatory the further along to get in her pregnancy, establish relationship with her future baby and adopt the changes during the pregnancy period.

According to several survey the deep relaxation is helpful as well if the development in the woom is not satisfactory. The closer contact between mum and baby, the attention, the affirmation and love generate positive effects and the baby can close up quickly and progress rhythmically. Furthermore I am dealing with several women who struggle to become pregnant understandably become stressed about their predicament. While this response is natural, some contend that this continued internal struggle could actually leave these women babyless longer.

If you are attempting to conceive and find yourself feeling anxious about the situation, consider giving some relaxation techniques a try. These techniques may not only put you at ease but may help you become pregnant. While it may seem that staying relaxed when trying to get pregnant is unimportant, surveys report that the degree to which you are at ease plays an important part in your conception success. In some cases, women experience a physical problem that prevents conception; however, in others, no easily identifiable pregnancy inhibitor is present. Remaining relaxed while trying to become pregnant is particularly important for women who fall into this category as their body chemistry, which is controlled in large part by mood, could be a cause of their infertility.

Meditation and vizualization are effective relaxation tools both for those attempting to become pregnant as well as for individuals who are just aiming to relieve some stress during the pregnancy period. Both meditation and vizualization have been proven to reduce levels of stress and can alleviate depression (and after the child’s birth period as well), relax the physical body. Furthermore my experience is that the Bach Flower Remedies are extremely helpful during pregnancy, when the expecting mother goes through a wide range of emotions. The Bach Flower Remedies restore peace of mind when the mother feels fearful, tired, overwhelmed and impatient and other emotions related to pregnancy.

Throughout the years, I became a happy mother of three (amazing) children. There is nothing more beautiful and rewarding than having children, even though being a parent can be difficult some times. The first period after the delivery and reintegration to work after maternity leave can be extremely difficult to mums (and to the whole family as well) in general.

Women are expected to be suited for several roles at the same time (being a mum, wife, etc.). But if we are preparing for these special periods in advance we will have more clarity where to go and we will have the ability to achieve our goals much easier. The Coaching for Mums is a very efficient and joyful journey while one learns (in a short period of time):

  • how to reach balance and harmony;
